Precious Messages

"I thank my God every time I remember you." Philippians 1:3

This postcard is one of nine that I have from my paternal grandmother. She died when I was ten so my memories of her are short. She loved North Carolina and spent her summers there. I loved going to visit her. And I have this evidence that she thought about me and took the time to send me greetings. The cards all have pictures of bears or waterfalls - things we often saw when we were together. The message on this card says "I have your bed already made up. Come up anytime. Love, Mema." Such a small thing, but it makes me feel special.
